Room with balcony. We would recomand this spot to all.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

Rooms with balcony. Favourable location to ba na hills, next to Pham Van Dong Beach.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was right by the beach. Additionally, there was a restaurant nearby for convenience.

The pool was small and the facility's sofa was low quality.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Due to construction works, the pool was not opened but instead we were allowed to use the pool in the neighboured building all by ourselves, great service! The staff is great! The rooms are also super and very clean. Especially nice was an own washing machine and a really great rain shower. We can only recommend the hotel!

Due to construction work it was quite loud during the day in the hotel but we were hardly there anyway and the service has made up for it. There is a lot of construction going on in Danang at the moment.

For the short distance from the airport to the apartment they offered 15 dollars, which is really too much, when I told Uber to go with me they offered the trip for the same price. Nothing else to complain about:)

We stayed at Vivian Villa & Apartment for a trip to Da Nang. The apartment is really great, with full facilities and the option to cook in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ya and Mrs. Nya at the reception. The 2-bedroom villa we stayed in was spacious and clean. The hotel also has free bike rentals and a pool table. The breakfast had a good selection, including a delicious Pho. a perfect choice for an apartment in Da Nang.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything's perfect.

This apartment hotel is incredibly comfortable, with spacious rooms and helpful staff. Renting a car with a driver is easy and affordable. The nearby Korean restaurant, Naju Ilmijung, serves delicious food. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

loved my stay at vivian villa! staff were so friendly and helpful, even gave handwritten note. beach just a short cycle away with free bikes. quiet at night, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. great cafe opposite. grab ride to town only $2.
